Its easy - you have to consider every exercise you do, and try to stimulate as many muscle fibres as you possibly can at one go. You can add another day if possible (I don't recommend more than 4 days per week if you're also weight training), or add time to each day (I like to add 10 minutes to each session and see how my body responds). Your natural appetite tends to maintain this weight and if you eat less than this, you feel hungry.
This is a sad point of fact and has to do with many factors. Water is considered very important in any natural weight reduction diet, green tea as well speeds up the metabolism rate. I say "non-food" because much of it bears very little resemblance to any foodstuff in it's natural state, and often contains little to no nutritional value. These just act as "supplements" and not the actual way of losing weight.
